1. Operator and scope

The e-polnilnice.si platform (the "platform") is operated by Društvo električnih kolesarjev Slovenije — the Slovenian E-Cyclists Association (E-DEKS), Kotnikova ulica 5, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia, reg. no. 2706580000, tax no. 45564469, e-mail: info@e-deks.si (the "association").

By using the platform you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the platform.

2. Purpose of the platform

The platform is an informational map of charging and service stations for electric bicycles in Slovenia. Station data is contributed by station operators, location providers and the user community, and is reviewed and regularly updated by the association.

The data is informational in nature. While the association strives for accuracy, it does not guarantee that any station is operational, free or accessible at a given moment. Charging and use of stations is at your own risk and subject to the instructions and terms of each station’s operator.

3. User accounts

You may create an account to suggest stations, edit data and manage locations. You must provide accurate information at registration and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

You may close your account at any time. The association may suspend or disable an account in the event of misuse, false information or a breach of these terms.

4. User contributions

By submitting content (station suggestions, data corrections, photos, issue reports) you warrant that the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the right to share it.

You grant the association a non-exclusive, perpetual right to publish, edit and display such content on the platform. All contributions are reviewed before publication; the association may reject or remove a contribution without explanation.

5. Intellectual property

The platform’s design, texts and graphics belong to the association or their respective authors and are protected by copyright. The base map is powered by Mapbox and OpenStreetMap data, governed by those providers’ terms.

Station data may be freely used for non-commercial purposes with attribution (e-polnilnice.si). For commercial use, please contact the association.

6. Limitation of liability

The platform is provided "as is". The association is not liable for damage arising from use of the platform, data inaccuracies, malfunction of any station or temporary unavailability of the service.

7. Changes to these terms

The association may change these terms and the platform’s operation at any time. The current version is always published on this page with the date of the last change. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance.

8. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Slovenia. Disputes will first be resolved amicably; otherwise the competent court in Ljubljana has jurisdiction. Questions about these terms can be sent to info@e-deks.si.
